Penny underwent marathon surgery to straighten her spine in October 2009 and faced a long and arduous rehabilitation journey. One of the keys to her success is maintaining an appropriate posture and level of exercise using specially modified equipment.

Through this appeal we raised $4090 towards the cost of  a customised standing frame to ensure that Penny would be able to spend some time standing up – and helping her mum with the cooking!
