Our quickest Appeal yet was over in less than a day! 

Jakeb is 4 years old and suffers from Autism.  He wakes frequently at night and becomes very distressed in the dark – especially if he can’t find his mum.  Jakeb’s mum was getting increasingly worried that Jakeb may leave the house during the night in his panic and so she needed a sound monitor so that she would immediately be woken herself when Jakeb awoke.

After trying three separate ‘cheaper’ sound monitors – all of which broke – she turned to I Give A Buck to ask for our help to purchase a high quality monitor that would be reliable. 

We made a quick call call to Valiant Enterprises, the Australian distributor for Angelcare Monitors and they were only too delighted to help.  They immediately offered to supply Jakeb with a monitor free of charge and dispatched it the very next day!
